System Modeling and Simulation for Cylinder Controlled by Servo Valve of Hydraulic Looper in Hot Strip Mills

摘要: 从热连轧液压活套阀控缸的流量特性入手,通过对液压缸两腔流量特性的分析与推导,建立了液压活套阀控缸系统的数学模型,该模型区别于传统的“负载流量”等效模型,适用于对称缸、非对称缸和柱塞缸等多种结构形式。根据自动控制理论的模型简化处理方法,分析推导了该模型的简化形式。对某钢厂液压活套的阀控缸系统的动态过程进行了仿真实验分析,仿真结果与实测数据非常接近,验证了所建模型的有效性与准确性,为分析类似阀控缸对象的动态特性提供了模型依据。

Abstract: Starting from the flow characteristics of cylinder controlled by servo valve of hydraulic looper in hot strip mills, a new mathematic model for hydraulic cylinder controlled by servo valve was established by analyzing and deducing the flow characteristics of two chambers of hydraulic cylinder. The model is different from the traditional equivalent model of “load-pressure flux”, and it is adaptable to many structural forms such as symmetric cylinder, asymmetric cylinder and piston cylinder. The simplified equivalent model was deduced by the simplified method of automatic control principles. The simulation experiments were carried out on a practical cylinder controlled by servo valve of hydraulic looper of a hot strip finishing mill. The results show the simulation values are close to the measured values in production field, and verify the effectiveness and accuracy of the proposed model, which provides reliable basis for the analysis of the stability and the dynamic characteristics of the similar system.
