考虑部件失效相关性的k/N型系统可用性仿真评估

The Simulation Assessment of Availability for k/N Redundancy System Considering Failure Relevance of Components

摘要: 针对传统基于故障独立条件下系统可用性评估的局限性,基于Copula函数构建了考虑部件故障相关性下k/N系统可用性模型,提出了基于Agent仿真的故障相关系统可靠性评估方法,完成了“元件实体-装备实体”仿真模型的开发,有效解决了相关性影响下k/N冗余系统可靠性评估问题。结合算例,给出了不同备件方案下系统可用度评估结果,结果表明,考虑部件失效相关性更能准确反映系统的可用性水平,将对系统优化设计和后续维修保障策略的确定产生较大影响。

Abstract: For the limitations existing in the system availability assessment based on the failure independent hypothesis,the availability assessment model for k/N system based on Copula function theory is built.A reliability evaluation method of fault-related system on the foundation of Agent technique is proposed. The completion of the simulation model from component entity to equipment entity resolves the question of reliability assessment existing in k/N system considering the effects of components relevance. And last, the evaluation results of system availability under different spare parts schemes are given under different material support program, the research results show that the relevance existing in components will have effect on the confirmation and optimization of maintenance strategy.
