Simulation and Evaluation on Handling Stability of Wheeled Self-propelled Gun Based on Virtual Prototype

摘要: 在总结操纵稳定性常用研究方法的基础上,提出了基于虚拟样机和实装试验的轮式自行火炮操纵稳定性仿真与评价技术。基于多体系统动力学理论,在MSC.ADAMS/Car环境下建立了悬架、轮胎、转向、动力传动等子系统模型以及整装虚拟样机。以定半径回转试验为例,分别进行实装试验和虚拟样机仿真。通过虚拟样机仿真结果与实装试验数据的对比分析,验证了虚拟样机仿真的可信性和准确性。以轮式自行火炮稳态回转特性为例,详细说明了基于虚拟样机的操纵稳定性仿真与评价过程

Abstract: Based on the summary of usual handling stability research methods, a new kind of simulation and evaluation technology for wheeled Self-Propelled Gun based on virtual prototype and actual equipment test was put forward. In MSC.ADAMS/Car environment, virtual prototypes of suspension, tire, steering, engine, transmission subsystems and wheeled Self-Propelled gun were established. Actual equipment test and simulation based on virtual prototype of invariable radius turning test were carried out. The creditability and accuracy of virtual prototype were verified by comparing the simulation results and the test data. Steady turning characteristics were taken as example to illustrate the handling stability simulation and evaluation process based on virtual prototype.
