Simulation Assessment of Degradation System Reliability under Imperfect Maintenance

摘要: 针对非完美维修策略下退化系统状态变化特点,以及传统分析方法进行系统可靠性评估时的局限性,提出基于仿真的可修系统可靠性评估方法。分析了非完美维修策略下系统可靠性变化规律;构建了基于元件性能退化过程的系统可靠性评估模型,提出了基于变结构模型的系统可靠性仿真策略,并基于Agent进行了仿真实现。结合应用案例对非完美维修策略下系统维修时机的确定进行了优化研究,从而为可修系统维修保障方案的制定和改进提供依据。

Abstract: For the state change characteristic of degradation system under imperfect maintenance, the common analysis method becomes useless. A simulation method for repairable system is presented. A change rule of system reliability was analyzed and a reliability assessment model was built on the foundation of components degradation process. A simulation tactics based on variable structure modeling was given which is realized through Agent technique. A maintenance optimization example was given for the determination of maintenance opportunity which is used to support the formulation and improvement of maintenance support program for repairable system.
