海上补给高架索参数化设计平台研究

摘要: 高架索作为海上横向补给装备中重要的组成部分,其性能指标直接影响海上补给作业的安全。针对目前国内尚没有合适的高架索动力学模型,将高架索作为多柔体系统,建立其多柔体动力学模型,并在此模型的基础上,建立高架索优化设计模型,同时用ADAMS(Automatic Dynamic Analysis of Mechanical Systems)将此优化设计模型进行参数化,建立海上补给高架索参数化设计平台。通过一个海上横向干货补给系统高架索优化设计,结果表明模型和优化设计平台是可以满足设计需要的。

Abstract: High cable is an important part of the horizontal replenishment equipment at Sea. Its performance directly affects the safety of replenishment at sea. Because there is not a suitable high cable dynamic model in the domestic, for the first time to take the high cable as a multi-body system and established the flexible-body dynamics model. Then the optimization design model of high cable which is on the basis of the model was established. Meanwhile it set up the parametric design platform of high cable by using ADAMS to parameterize the optimization design model. The optimization design results of a horizontal dry goods replenishment system at sea show that the flexible-body dynamics model and optimization design platform of high cable can meet the needs.
