Semi-physical Simulation System Research for Marine Fuel Oil Purifier

摘要: 针对船舶燃油分油机系统实际训练受到环境限制、维护费用高等因素,研制一种船舶燃油分油机半实物仿真系统。该仿真系统设计了同实船操作一致的燃油分油机控制箱,开发了一套过程仿真支撑平台,构建燃油管路和分油机系统仿真场景,模拟分油机工作过程及故障报警现象。该系统能够逼真的模拟船舶燃油分油机系统的各种工况和故障现象,可提高学员分析处理故障的能力。

Abstract: Practical training in ship fuel oil purifier systems have lots of limitations including poor stability, development difficulties and high maintenance cost. A semi-physical simulation system for marine fuel oil purifier was proposed. According to the real ship control box, a fuel oil purifier control box was designed. A process simulation system was developed to simulate the fuel oil tube and purifier function, which could achieve the working process of purifier system and the phenomenon of fault alarm. The simulation system can reappear the working process of the oil purifier and simulate the fault conditions to improve the students' ability of processing and analysis of the failure.
