基于采煤机可靠性的智能牵引调速系统研究

Research on Intelligent Hauling Speed Regulation System Based on Shearer's Reliability

摘要: 在井下,采煤机牵引速度直接影响到采煤机的效率及可靠性。以MG70*2/325-BWD型采煤机为研究对象,从采煤机可靠性出发,采用Simulink建立了基于采煤机关键零件可靠性的智能调速系统,解决了牵引电机负载转矩模块、经过神经网络拟合的最优牵引速度生成模块等模块的构建及仿真问题,仿真结果表明:该系统可实现牵引速度对推荐最优牵引速度的快速、精准跟踪;当煤岩坚固性系数为2.85、截割深度为0.58 m时,牵引电机转速最大为1 142.06 r/min,牵引速度可达到4.85 m/min;由于牵引电机裕度较大,可通过提高薄弱环节可靠性来进一步提升采煤机生产效率,使采煤机整体性能达最优。

Abstract: Under the mine, Shearer's hauling speed affected the shearer's efficiency and reliability. Taking MG32570*2/325-BWD shearer as research object, from shearer's reliability, by using Simulink, the intelligent speed regulation system was established, based on shearer key parts' reliability. The building & simulation of hauling motor load torque block and recommended optimum hauling speed generation block which was fitted by neural network was solved. The simulation results show that: this system can achieve the recommended speed, which is traced by hauling speed rapidly and accurately. When consistent coefficient and cutting depth are 2.85 and 0.58m, the hauling motor's maximum speed is 1142.06r/min, hauling speed can reach 4.85m/min. Because the hauling motor's tolerance is big enough, the shearer's productivity can increase by improving the weak parts' reliability, which can let the shearer get the optimal performance.
