摘要:

钢架雪车作为冬季奥运会的滑行项目之一,具有滑行速度快、赛道复杂、危险性高的特点,为降低在实际滑行过程中产生事故的风险,应用虚拟现实技术构建了一套沉浸式钢架雪车滑行仿真系统。基于激光扫描获取的点云数据进行现有赛道建模,实现在虚幻4引擎中构建虚拟场馆赛道与钢架雪车滑行运动模型;通过动作捕捉采集数据实现模拟滑行力学操控输入,并获取模拟滑行钢架雪车姿态,通过六自由度振动台反馈给使用者。该系统可实现安全条件下的钢架雪车模拟滑行,为运动员提供熟悉赛道、安全训练的手段。

Abstract:

Skeleton, as one of the sliding sports in Winter Olympic Games, has the characteristics of high speed, complexity and danger. In order to reduce the risk of accidents during sliding, a series of immersive skeleton simulation system is constructed utilizing virtual reality. Based on the point cloud data obtained by laser scanning, the existing track is modeled to build a virtual track stadium and skeleton sliding model in Unreal Engine 4. The data collected by motion capture devices is employed to estimate the centroid of the person and enable glide control input. The simulated skeleton posture is captured and fed back to the user via a six-degree-of-freedom platform. The system realizes simulated sliding under safe conditions, providing athletes with the methods to practice and train safely.
