Visualization of Tropical Cyclone Disaster Information Based on Cesium

摘要: 热带气旋的灾害信息不但表达了强度,还反映了对人类生活的影响程度,具有十分重要的研究意义。目前,还没有学者给出基于Cesium的水淹没灾害动态可视化方法,也没有将它与热带气旋的其它灾害信息整合。针对这些问题,提出了一种水淹没动态可视化方法,并将其与热带气旋的路径、所致损失等其它灾害信息整合于同一数字地球平台中。实验证明,提出的方法能够在灾害场景中模拟水淹没的动态过程,并与地形、地物要素叠加;还原的路径、所致损失结果相比静态二维图表更加直观、简洁,整合于同一平台中则有助于整体分析。

Abstract: The disaster information of tropical cyclones not only expresses the intensity, but also reflects the degree of influence on human life, which has very important research significance. At present, no scholar has given a dynamic visualization method based on Cesium for water flooding disasters, nor has it integrated with other disaster information of tropical cyclones. In response to these problems, a dynamic visualization method for water inundation is proposed, and it is integrated with other disaster information such as the path of tropical cyclone and loss caused by it in the same digital earth platform. Experiments show that the proposed method can simulate the dynamic process of water inundation in disaster scenarios and superimpose with terrain and feature elements; the restored path and the loss result are more intuitive and concise than the static two-dimensional chart, and integration in the same platform facilitates the overall analysis.
