摘要:

为提高生产安全监测及故障预警的可视化和集成化程度,设计了一种面向钢铁连铸场景的流程工业生产安全监测预警三维可视化模型架构。利用3ds Max、Unity3D等搭建多维多尺度模型,开发了安全监测数据的可视化显示和多级预警等功能模块;结合WebGL技术和Node.js运行环境,实现了基于Web端的流程工业生产安全监测的可视化;分析了流程工业生产安全监测参数的报警阈值确定方法,提出了单参数评判预警模型及多参数耦合预警模型,明确了预警等级及标准。仿真验证了模型的可行性与有效性。

Abstract:

In order to improve the visualization and integration of production safety monitoring and fault warning, a three-dimensional (3D) visualization model architecture for whole-process industrial production safety monitoring and early warning for steel continuous casting scenarios was designed. By using 3ds Max and Unity3D, a multi-dimensional and multi-scale model was built, and functional modules such as visualization display and multi-level early warning for safety monitoring data were developed. By combining WebGL technology and Node.js runtime environment, the visualization of whole-process industrial production safety monitoring based on Web terminal was realized. The alarm threshold determination method for whole-process industrial production safety monitoring parameters was analyzed, and a single-parameter evaluation early warning model and a multi-parameter coupling early warning model were proposed. The early warning level and standard were clarified, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the established model were verified by simulation analysis.
