摘要: 在电工装备上云过程中,针对电工装备多样性和数据量大等特点,以及在设备采集过程中多协议适配和实时数据可信传输问题,提出了基于工业互联网平台的设备集成接入方案,重点突破基于边缘计算的设备接入与集成技术,建立了设备集成直接接入和间接接入2种模型,将接入模型在某生产车间进行了应用仿真验证,实现了设备和工业互联网云平台之间的数据高速稳定传输,结果表明该技术可行有效。本设备集成技术的应用,为企业建立数字化与智能化车间提供了基础。

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of information islands existing in the production process of traditional electrical equipment, this paper proposes a technology for equipment integration into the industrial internet cloud platform. Based on the edge computing and WebService technologies, two models of device integration direct access and indirect access were established. The direct access model was verified by application simulation in a production workshop, which realized the high-speed and stable data transmission between the equipment and the industrial internet cloud platform. The results show that the technology is feasible and effective. The application of this device integration technology provides the basis for enterprises to establish digital and intelligent workshops.
