摘要: 数字孪生以数字化的形式对生产的全过程进行动态仿真实现,覆盖了产品的全生命周期和全价值链,对推动智能制造等领域发展具有重要意义。概述数字孪生概念的起源、梳理技术发展历程和相关技术体系;简述数字孪生技术在智能制造产品生命周期、生产生命周期的应用,并总结分析了其在智慧城市建设方面的主要应用特点。以智能制造和智慧城市发展为例,分析了相关应用面临的主要网络安全风险和挑战,并尝试给出了数字孪生技术的网络安全保障方案,为推动数字孪生技术和应用的安全发展提供参考。

Abstract: The Digital Twins simulate the whole process of the manufacture, and promote the development of smart manufacturing and other fields. In view of the rapid development and application of Digital Twins, the concept and history of Digital Twins are outlined, and its related technology system is given. The main application and development trend of Digital Twins in intelligent manufacturing as while as the main characters of Digital Twins in smart cities are combed. The cyber security problem of Digital Twins is discussed for intelligent manufacturing and smart cities. The scheme and suggestion are given for ensuring the cyber security of Digital Twins.
