Visualized Parameter-tuned Algorithm for Control Loading System

摘要: 为提高飞行模拟器的逼真度,针对设备中对飞行员直观感受影响最为直接的操纵负荷系统,本文介绍了一种用于飞行仿真的操纵负荷系统的实现方法,给出了系统的总体设计、硬件搭建以及数字仿真结果。系统实现过程中,针对硬件参数发生漂移及需求变化问题,采用了可视化位移—力加载配置方案,提出了基于三次样条插值的输出波形曲线调整算法,维护人员通过图形化操作界面即可按需调整,改变了传统方法中更改下位机代码工作繁杂的现状,使整体方案更加具有普适性。

Abstract: To improve the fidelity of flight simulators, a control loading system is introduced in this paper which has the most direct effect on the pilot's intuitive perception. The overall design, hardware construction and digital simulation results of the system are given. In the process of system realization, the visual displacement-force loading configuration scheme is adopted to solve such problems as requirement changes or parameter excursions in hardware. The algorithm of output waveform curve adjustment based on cubic spline interpolation is proposed and the parameters are adjusted according to demand through graphical operation interface by maintenance personnel. The traditional method which had to change the code of the slave computer is changed by the method which makes the overall solution more universal.
