Vector Control of PMSM Based on Sliding Mode Observer

摘要: 针对矢量控制永磁同步电机电流环在动态调节过程中的相互耦合问题,提出一种基于滑模观测器的复矢量电流环解耦控制策略。在传统滑模观测器的基础上,引进Sigmoid作为切换函数和可变滑模增益来减弱高频抖振,构建复矢量PI电流调节器,结合传递函数零极点配置与稳定性理论,确定PI调节器参数,将观测器观测的转子位置与速度信息融入到复矢量PI电流调节器进行解耦控制。通过对控制器的跟踪能力和抗扰动能力两方面的实验研究,验证了所提出方法的有效性。

Abstract: Aiming at the coupling problem of current loop in vector control permanent magnet synchronous motor, a complex vector decoupling control strategy based on sliding mode observer is proposed. Based on the traditional sliding mode observer, the introduction of Sigmoid as a switching function and variable sliding mode gain to reduce the high frequency chattering, followed by construction of complex vector PI current regulator, combined with the transfer function of zero pole configuration and stability theory, determine the parameters of PI regulator, the view of rotor position and speed sensor observation information into the complex vector PI current regulator decoupling control. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by experimental research on two aspects of the tracking ability and anti disturbance capability of the controller.
