摘要: 由于搭建风机试验台具有无法准确模拟风力驱动以及实验过程很难计入环境干扰因素影响的问题,导致实验模拟结果与实际结果有较大误差。采用联合仿真的方式建立虚拟试验台,采用概率统计分布拟合与组合风速模型结合的方式进行风速优化模拟,经转换后作为试验台的动力输入,并考虑相关接触力参数设置及工况环境建立故障模型,生成结果并分析,验证了仿真结果更接近真实情况,解决了风力发电机齿轮箱工况因素模拟困难的问题,并对其可信度进行了论证,验证了系统的有效性。

Abstract: As the test equipment of wind turbine can not simulate wind driven exactly and the impact of environmental factors is hard to be taken into account, the simulation results have larger errors. The problem is solved by establishing the virtual test bench in the way of combined simulation. The wind speed modelis optimized by combining the fitting of probability and the combinated wind speed model to drive the wind turbine;and the settings of some relevant contact force parameters are considered,which canmake the simulation results are closer to the actual situation. The credibilityof the system isdemonstrated and the validity is verified.
