摘要: 针对目前车身天窗滚边出现的波浪起皱和缩进胀出的质量缺陷问题,以翻边高度、压轮直径和TCP-RTP(Tool Center Point-Robot Target Point)距离为影响元提出了两项质量缺陷的量化评价指标:“波浪系数”T和“缩进胀出系数”D;基于正交试验法设计仿真实验,建立有限元模型,通过仿真试验数据分析,得出影响元对波浪起皱和缩进胀出的影响的权重和趋势以及波浪起皱和缩进胀出的影响因素。

关键词: 滚边, 工艺参数, 量化指标, 正交试验

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of car creep or roll-in and grow or roll-out and wave wrinkling defects in the process of sunroof roller hemming, two quantitative indicators of roller hemming—“coefficient of wave wrinkling” T and “coefficient of creep or roll-in and grow or roll-out” D were put forward in terms of the flange height, roll diameter and distance of TCP-RTP (tool center point-robot target point); a simulation experiment was designed based on orthogonal test; and a finite element model was established. By analyzing the simulation experiment data, the weights and trends of the influence factors on the two indicators as well as the main factor of the two indicators were obtained.
