考虑环境温度影响的岸桥操作员排班优化研究

Study on Optimization of Shore Bridge Operator Scheduling Considering the Influence of Ambient Temperature

摘要: 港口管理精细化对其服务能力提出了新要求,而人为因素是影响港口服务能力较为关键的因素,通过调整人为因素提高港口运作效率是一个新颖并且切实可行的研究方向。因此基于温度影响效率理论模型,采用FlexSim系统仿真软件,分析了岸桥操作员工作效率的变化情况,得出不同温度下岸桥操作员的最优排班策略。最后通过分析得到:当环境温度为最适温度时,采用8小时排班策略为最优排班策略的结论;当环境温度与最适温度的差值越大时,每个班次的工作时间越短港口运作效率越高的结论。

Abstract: The refinement of port management puts forward new requirements for its service capacity, and human factors are the key factors affecting the port service capacity. It is a new and feasible research direction to improve port operation efficiency by adjusting human factors. Based on the theoretical model of temperature affecting efficiency, this paper uses FlexSim system simulation software to analyze the change of employee's working efficiency with time, and studies the optimal scheduling strategy of shore bridge operators under different temperatures. Finally, it is concluded that when the ambient temperature is suitable for human body, the eight-hour scheduling strategy is the optimal scheduling strategy; when the difference between the ambient temperature and the optimal temperature is larger, the shorter the working time of each shift is, the higher efficiency of the port operation efficiency is.
