基于行车动力学仿真的半挂车弯道超车风险分析

Risk Analysis of Semitrailer Overtaking on Curved Sections Based on Dynamic Simulation

摘要: 为了研究半挂车弯道超车行为的安全性,利用多体动力学仿真软件TruckSim,建立了车辆的动力学模型、道路模型以及驾驶员预瞄轨迹模型。通过改变道路超高、圆曲线半径及车辆转弯半径、速度,对大货车的不同换道工况进行了仿真试验,以横向荷载转移率为评价指标,对车辆的安全性进行了评价,运用Spss回归分析建立了六轴半挂车侧翻稳定性预测模型,对西部某高速公路中的五个弯道进行了超车风险评价。研究结果表明:车辆在弯道超车的过程中会经历一个反超高,该处的行车风险随着超高的增大表现递增的趋势;当大货车行驶速度为120 km/h、在超高不小于8%的弯道路段换道行驶时,行车风险较大。

Abstract: To study the safety of semitrailers corner overtaking behavior, the dynamic model of vehicle, the road model and the drivers' aiming trajectory model were developed by multi-body dynamics simulation software TruckSim. The semitrailers were simulated in separate working conditions by changing the super-elevations, circular curve radius, vehicle turning radius and speed. Lateral load transfer rate was invoked as the evaluation index for evaluating the vehicle's safety. The model of six axle semitrailer side tumbling stability prediction was established through the Spss regression; the risk of overtaking on five separate bends of a western highway was evaluated by the model. Results showed that vehicle experienced an anti super-elevation during the overtaking process in curves. The risk of driving in the anti super-elevation section is higher with super-elevation increasing. The risk is high when the semitrailers change track at the design speed of 120km/h in curves with super-elevation of no less than 8%.
