A High Spectral-efficiency Maritime Very-High-Frequency Communication Technology and Simulation

摘要:

为解决海上通信无法沿用陆上5G、6G高速通信中开发高频资源与高谱效调制技术的发展路线,导致其速率与频谱效率性能较差,提升缓慢的问题。提出了一种基于多载波延时重叠调制的高频谱效率海上甚高频通信技术,符号内的各个子载波在时域上进行依次延时并直接叠加,使频率子信道摆脱正交性束缚,从底层信息调制角度进一步提升频谱利用率。仿真结果表明:该技术可在仅占据海上甚高频频谱资源1/5的情况下实现当下海上数据传输峰值为307.2 kbps的速率,对于海上通信的发展具有重要意义。

Abstract:

Marine communications cannot follow the development route on land of developing high frequency resources and high spectral-efficiency modulation technologies in 5G and 6G high-speed communication. The data rate and spectral-efficiency of maritime communications are low and are difficult to be improved. A high spectral-efficiency maritime very-high-frequency (VHF) communication technology based on multi-carrier time-delay overlapping modulation (MC-TDOP) is proposed. The core is delaying the subcarriers in turn and directly overlapping them in time domain. The orthogonality between the subcarriers can be neglected, thus the spectral-efficiency can be further enhanced from the fundamental information modulations. The results show that the proposed technology can achieve the maritime peak data rate of 307.2 kbps wth only 1/5 VHF spectral bandwidth occupation. The results are of great significance to the evolution of the future maritime information system.
