件杂货码头堆场布局优化研究

Yard Layout Optimization for General Cargo Terminal

摘要: 堆场布局是港口堆场分配决策的重要组成部分,直接影响着港口堆场的货物储存能力和码头通过能力。以件杂货码头堆场为对象,在对生产数据进行统计分析的基础上,以最小化拖车水平运输总距离为目标,结合主要货物种类和堆场堆存策略,建立件杂货码头堆场布局优化数学模型。利用数学规划优化器Gurobi求解不同堆存策略下的堆场布局优化方案,并通过件杂货生产作业仿真模型对堆场布局优化方案进行了验证分析。针对3种不同堆存策略下堆场布局优化方案的仿真计算结果显示,相比实际生产数据,集港货物数量分别提高了4.34%,2.96%和3.44%,出港货物数量也分别提高了1.61%,0.02%和1.21%。研究结果表明:堆场布局优化方案能够提高码头吞吐量和通过能力。

Abstract: Yard layout is an important component of the port yard allocation decision which affects the cargo storage capacity and through capacity for the port yard. As to the general cargo yard, combined with the cargo type and the yard storage strategy, the yard layout optimization model for the general cargo terminal is presented based on the statistical analysis for the production data when the optimization aim is minimizing the total horizontal transport distance of the trailer. The yard layout optimization results are employed by the mathematical tool Gurobi for different storage strategies, and the yard layout optimization results are verified and analyzed by the general cargo terminal operation simulation model. The yard layout optimization simulation results of three different storage strategy methods show that compared with the practical production data, the arrival cargo quantities at port are respectively improved 4.34%, 2.96% and 3.44%, and depart cargo quantities from port are respectively improved 1.61%, 0.02% and 1.21%. The research results indicate that the yard layout optimization results can improve the handling capacity and the through capacity of the terminal.
