Surgery Simulation of Internal Fixation for Compression Fractures

摘要: 虚拟手术仿真为医学手术训练提供了具有真实感和沉浸感的新手段。设计和实现了针对腰椎压缩性骨折内固定手术的虚拟仿真,构建3D手术场景并制作形变动画,采用多层级碰撞体组合切换的碰撞检测方法,并将多指标力反馈模型值映射为HTC Vive手柄的不同强度的震动触感,结合语音指导和UI视觉反馈,实现视觉、听觉和触觉的多通道手术体验。该系统提供指导训练模块和测评模块,可以对手术操作流程、操作用时和操作正确性等多项指标进行评分,规范用户的操作流程和提高手术正确操作的熟练度。

Abstract: Virtual surgery simulation provides new means for medical surgery training with realism and immersion. A virtual surgery simulation of internal fixation for compression fractures is designed and implemented. By constructing 3D surgical scene, making deformation animation, adopting multi-level colliders combination and switching method for collision detection, and designing a multi-factors force feedback model to compute the tactile force and mapping the values to the different levels of vibration intensity of the HTC handle, combining with voice guidance and UI visual feedback, a visual, audible and tactile multi-channel surgical experience can be obtained. The system provides a guiding training module and an evaluation module. A variety of indicators, such as surgical procedures, the time spent and correctness of surgical operation, can be evaluated to standardize the user's operational procedures and improve proficiency of correct operation.
