不同装药形式环形聚能战斗部侵彻性能研究

Penetrating Capability of Different Annular Shaped Charge Warhead

摘要: 以现有的某型导弹为基础,在不改变战斗部尺寸,不增加战斗部重量的前提条件下,在战斗部前端加装环形聚能装药结构,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对环形射流形成及侵彻靶板的全过程进行了数值模拟,分析了两种不同环形射流在空气中的运动特性,得到了靶板的毁伤效果。研究表明,在环形药型罩结构和尺寸完全一致的条件下,两种装药结构形成的射流对靶板的侵彻能力差别很小,但中心球缺结构装药量明显大于中空结构的,增加了战斗部重量,不适宜用做串联战斗部前级切割器。

Abstract: On the basis of the existing missile warhead, an annular shaped charge is added in the front of warhead without changing the size and increasing the weight of the warhead. ANSYS/LS-DYNA is used to simulate the whole process of the formation of annular jet and penetration of a double target and analyze the movement characteristics of two kinds of different annular jet in the air. The target damage effect is acquired. The calculation results show that the difference of the penetration ability on the double layer target of jet between center -ball shaped charge and that of the hollow circular shaped charge is not obscure, but the mass of the explosive of hollow circular shaped charge is larger than the center -ball shaped charge, which increases the mass of the warhead, it is not suitable for the annular shaped charge in the front of warhead.
