液压管路油液流动的湍流模型参数修正研究

Research of Turbulence Model Parameters Correction for Oil Flow of Pipeline

摘要: 由于Realizable k-ε两方程湍流模型原参数的局限性,Realizable k-ε模型不再适宜于模拟液压管路油液流动的压力损失。建立管路中油液流动的数学模型,根据液压管路中YH-15航空液压油流动的试验结果对Realizable k-ε两方程模型中的原参数进行了修正,得到适用于模拟油液流动的湍流模型新参数,模拟了其他工况下液压管路油液流动的压力损失,与原参数模型进行了对比,结果证明数值模拟与试验结果的相对误差最大值从7.76%降为3.15%,新参数模型与试验结果吻合较好。研究结果为航空工程上液压管路的湍流运动预测提供理论基础。

Abstract: Because of the limitation of the parameters in the Realizable k-ε two equations model, the model is no longer suitable to simulate the pressure loss of the turbulent oil flow of pipelines. A mathematical model of the oil flow of pipeline is built, and the Realizable k-ε model default parameters are modified according to the test results of YH-15 aviation hydraulic oil to obtain new parameters used to simulate the pressure loss in other conditions. Compared to the model with default parameters, numerical simulations and experimental results show that the maximum relative error is reduced to 3.15% from 7.76% when the new parameters is used. This research can provide a theoretical basis for the prediction of the turbulent oil flow of hydraulic lines on aeronautical engineering.
