摘要: 围绕高速公路维护管理问题的政策制定和维护方案决策,需要研究长时期内高速公路维护成效与利益相关者之间的动态影响关系。在分析高速公路维护管理系统动态性和复杂性的基础上,结合中国的实际情况,建立了高速公路维护管理系统的系统动力学仿真模型。该研究的目的是通过系统动力学模型模拟评估包括高速公路网络、运营机构维护方案决策、用户满意度及政府预算分配方案在内的各子系统之间相互影响的长期动态关系。通过对某高速公路维护管理系统的仿真研究与分析,展示了所建系统动力学模型的有效性和实用性。

Abstract: It is necessary to study the long-term and dynamic relationships between highway maintenance efficiency and stakeholders, thus helping decision-making on the policies and maintenance plans around the highway maintenance issue. Based on analyzing dynamics and complexities of highway maintenance system, the system dynamics model for the highway maintenance simulation system was established. This study was aimed at simulating and evaluating the long-term dynamic relationships of the interactions among the highway pavement performance, operator's maintenance plans, users' satisfaction and administration department's budget allocation scheme for a long time period. The effectiveness and application of the proposed model were demonstrated through a case simulation and analysis of highway maintenance management.
