动态交通流下震后路网抢修排程仿真研究

Simulation Research on Post-earthquake Road Network Repair Schedule Under Dynamic Traffic Flows

摘要: 为抢修受损路网,提高震后应急效率。通过建立动态交通流下震后路网抢修排程优化模型,并设计一种混合遗传算法对模型进行求解以最大化路网抢修累积绩效。设计算例对模型和算法的可靠性和有效性进行验证,并与非动态交通流下路网抢修排程优化模型比较,得出动态交通流下震后路网抢修排程优化模型的路网抢修累积绩效相较于非动态交通流下的提升了8%。可为制定科学高效的路网抢修方案,保障震后应急工作的顺利开展提供建议和帮助。

Abstract: It is critical to repair the road network immediately to improve the emergency efficiency after earthquake. A mathematics model for post-earthquake road network repair scheduling under dynamic traffic flows (PRNRSDTF) is created and a hybrid genetic algorithm is provided to maximum the cumulative utilities. Finally, in the context of Wenchuan earthquake, a numerical example is abstract from Jingyang district of Deyang City to verify the reliability and validity of the proposed model and algorithm. The normal road network repair scheduling model without considering dynamical traffic flows is taken as a comparison. The results show that the PRNRSDTF model can provide more comparable strategy than normal road network repair schedule model and the cumulative utilities generated by road network repair are improved more than 8%. Therefore, the model and algorithm can assist the decision-makers to process road network repair schedule in post-earthquake.
