基于手机定位数据的地震灾害影响场方向模拟

Simulation of Earthquake Disaster Affecting Field Direction Based on Mobile Phone Positioning Data

摘要: 地震灾害影响场的方向决定着地震灾害范围的空间分布,进一步影响着灾后应急指挥和决策,以2017-08-08T21:19:00发生在九寨沟7.0级的地震为例,利用震区的震前和震后互联网手机定位数据,采用空间计量分析中标准差椭圆模型,分析震区内消失手机定位数据的空间分布特征及其离散点集的定向方向,确定地震灾害影响场方向为北西向,结果和中国地震局发布此次地震的影响场的方向基本一致,表明本文的研究思路和方法对于第一时间地震灾害信息获取具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract: The direction of the earthquake disaster affected field determines the spatial distribution of the earthquake disaster scope, and further influences the post-disaster emergency command and decision. The 7.0 magnitude earthquake occurred at 2017-08-08T21:19:00 is taken as an example; the location data of the internet mobile phone before and after the earthquake area are used. The spatial distribution characteristics of the disappearing mobile phone location data and the orientation direction of the distributed discrete point sets are obtained by using the standard deviation ellipse model in the spatial econometric analysis. The direction of the earthquake disaster affected field is determined to be northwest direction, which is consistent with the direction of affecting field released by China Earthquake Administration. This shows that the research ideas and methods have certain reference value for the earthquake disaster information acquisition on the first time.
