摘要: 针对复杂产品研发过程中活动反复迭代及其动态特性,深入研究了返工概率与返工影响描述方法、返工迭代动态特性及任务返工判断策略等问题,建立了动态的随机活动网络仿真模型。通过算例说明了仿真建模过程和仿真结果分析过程,着重研究了串行迭代对进度费用风险的影响,认为串行迭代是造成工期费用分布呈现右偏倾向和正相关的主要原因

Abstract: Since complex product R&D project is characteristic with more stochastic factors, a dynamic simulation model of stochastic activity network was established for complex product R&D projects by consideration of the activity iteration and its dynamic characteristics. The methods of describing task rework probability, rework impact, iteration rework policy and so on were researched deeply. A case study illustrates the modeling process and the result of simulation.
