美军作战仿真与指控系统互操作发展历程及案例研究

摘要: 深入分析了美军作战仿真系统与指控系统的异构性,梳理了美军作战仿真系统与指控系统互操作的发展路线图、主要发展阶段及发展趋势,分别剖析了双向接口及嵌入式互操作的典型案例,即NSS/GCCS-M联邦和C4I人员训练系统(CTTS)。从强化指控与仿真领域的合作、制定长远规划以及注重协调管理等方面得出对于促进我军相关领域发展的启示。

Abstract: The analysis of heterogeneity between U.S. combat simulation and command & control (C2) systems is carried out. The roadmap, its main development stage and main tendency of interoperability between US combat simulation and C2 systems are also analyzed. Two case studies, Viz., the Naval Simulation System/the Global Command and Control - Maritime (NSS/GCCS-M) Federation and C4I Team Training System (CTTS) are conducted, which are representatives of bidirectional interfaces and embedded interoperability respectively. The main measures such as ensuring interoperability which is a shared responsibility between the M&S and C2 communities, long-term plan and coordination are beneficial to the promotion of similar domains for PLA.
