套管在对称载荷下其螺纹牙应力分布计算公式

Stress Distribution Formula of Threads Casing Joint Under Symmetrical Load

摘要: 不通过有限元方法进行数值计算,要现场测出井下套管接头螺纹牙的载荷分布情况是很难实现的。这里假定一个变形协调因子Ux,借助一个初始计算值f0来表示螺纹牙应力:f(x)=f0Ux;并采用有限元软件计算出不同对称载荷下的螺纹牙载荷分布规律;通过曲线拟合得到Ux表达式,求得螺纹牙的应力计算公式。为现场提供了一种直观、快捷、准确的计算方法,也为套管接头的研发、制造提供理论参考依据。研究结果表明:套管螺纹牙Ux在单一对称载荷作用下不随载荷大小改变而改变;在复合对称载荷作用下,Ux有少量波动。

Abstract: While itis difficult tomeasure thestress distribution of casing threads underground without calculation by finite element method. Here assumes a deformation compatibility factor Ux, use an initial calculation to represent the thread stress, f(x)=f0Ux, and applythe ABAQUS finite element software to calculate the stress distribution of the threads under different symmetrical loads. Obtain the expressions of Ux by curve fitting, and get the threads stress calculation formula to provide an intuitive, fast and accurate method of calculation for the site. Providea theoretical reference for development and manufacture of casing joint. The research indicates: the deformation compatibility factor of casing threads don’t change with the size of the load under a singlesymmetrical load, but it has a small amount of volatility under the complex symmetrical load.
