体系对抗OODA循环鲁棒性建模及仿真分析

摘要: 体系维持“观察—判断—决策—攻击”(Observe-Orient-Decide-Act,OODA) 循环正常运转的能力称之为体系对抗OODA循环的鲁棒性,为定量化评估这种鲁棒性,构建了体系对抗网络模型,提出采用体系对抗网络模型邻接矩阵的Perron-Frobenius特征值作为OODA循环鲁棒性的评估指标,仿真实验表明该指标与体系作战效能效果之间具有密切的关联关系,验证了体系对抗OODA循环鲁棒性分析模型的合理性和有效性。

Abstract: It is a difficult issue to design metrics of measure of the OSOS capabilities, which are emergent properties of OSOS. The concept of the OODA loop robustness was proposed and it was closely related to the overall capabilities of OSOS. A new method to measure the OODA loop robustness was discussed. The OSOS combat network mode was established l. Based on the weighted network, the Perron-Frobenius Eigenvalue (PFE) of the adjacency matrix of the network was used to measure the OODA loop robustness. Simulations show that there is a strong correlation between the PFE and the metric of OSOS operational effectiveness, which verifies that the PFE metric is useful in the OSOS capabilities evaluation.
