基于ANSYS的XX型圆管相贯节点静力性能研究

Research on Static Behavior of XX-Joints Based on ANSYS

摘要: 采用ANSYS软件对平面XX型圆管相贯节点的极限承载力进行了非线性有限元分析,揭示了相贯节点塑性区的应力分布情况,确定了节点的主要破坏模式,并重点探讨了一些基本几何参数对节点承载力的影响。研究结果表明,支主管外径之比β、主支管轴线夹角θ、主管径厚比γ是影响平面XX型圆管相贯节点极限承载力的主要因素;平面XX型圆管相贯节点的破坏模式大多属于节点塑性破坏;平面XX型圆管相贯节点的极限承载力计算公式,可在K型节点承载力设计公式的基础上乘以一个修正参数。

Abstract: Nonlinear finite element analysis was used in the ultimate bearing capacity on planar XX-joints by ANSYS software. The stress distributions of the joints were demonstrated, the main failure modes of the joints were determined, and the influences of some fundamental geometric parameters on the ultimate strength were the research points. The results show β (diameter ratio of the branch to the chord), θ (axial angle of the chord and the branch), γ (the ratio of the diameter of the chord to the thickness of the walls of the chord) are the main factors of the bearing capacity on planar XX-joints; the failure modes mostly belong to plastic failure of the walls of the chord; the computational formula of the bearing capacity on planar XX-joints is multiplied by a correction parameter based on the design formula of the bearing capacity on K-joints.
