子母弹抛撒流场仿真和气动效应研究

Numerical Simulation and Aerodynamic Effect Research for Multi-warhead Projection

摘要: 为研究子母弹抛撒过程中的复杂空气动力学问题,和建立非线性气动特性的的工程分析方法,采用计算流体力学方法对子母弹抛撒过程进行数值仿真,详细讨论了出舱条件、气动干扰和非定常效应等对分离运动的影响,并结合蒙特卡洛方法开展统计研究。研究表明,子弹的分离运动以径向远离和姿态俯仰为主;出舱条件决定了质心运动和姿态运动的方向,但姿态运动易受各类气动效应干扰,其中以母弹激波干扰的影响最大;根据典型工况的数值仿真结果建立了干扰修正模型,能较好修正各类气动效应;由蒙特卡洛方法获得的统计结果与理论分析结论一致。

Abstract: In order to study the complex aerodynamic problem in multi-warhead projection, and also establish the practical analysis method for nonlinear aerodynamic characteristics, the separation process was simulated by using CFD technology as well as Monte Carlo method for a statistical research, while effects of the projection condition, multi-body intervene and unsteady characteristic during the separation process were discussed. The present research shows that the main forms of the submunition movement are radial separation and pitching movement; the direction of mass center motion and attitude motion is determined by the projection condition, however the attitude motion is also sensitive to aerodynamic effects especially the shock effects from the dispenser; the interference correction model has been established according to the numerical results of typical conditions and this model is proved to be in a good performance; the statistical results obtained by the Monte Carlo method are consistent with the theoretical analysis conclusions.
