摘要: 在模糊信息下针对体育产业科技创新人员与组织的匹配问题,提出了一种新的匹配测度模型。对体育产业科技创新人员与组织匹配关键影响因素进行分类;利用专家给出的区间数模糊互补判断矩阵,对关键影响因素量化赋权;立足组织视角构建了体育产业技术创新人员与组织匹配的契合度模型;通过一个实例进行仿真,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
