基于多体动力学的转炉扭振仿真研究

Simulation of Converter Torsional Vibration Based on Multi-body Dynamics

摘要: 大型转炉的扭振极易造成传动齿轮的破坏,为解决转炉启停时出现的扭振问题,以刚柔耦合多体动力学理论为基础,利用多体动力学仿真软件RecurDyn和有限元分析软件ANSYS建立了针对大型转炉扭振的动力学仿真分析模型;并对所建立的动力学模型进行了多体动力学仿真研究,获得不同停车时间、转动副阻尼和停车方式等条件下转炉系统的振动频率和振动幅值的变化规律。研究结果表明:通过增大停车时间和转动阻尼,以及控制停车速度曲线可以有效的减小转炉的扭振振幅。该研究结果为解决转炉停车时的振动问题提供理论依据。

Abstract: Torsional vibration of large converter is very easy to cause the transmission gear failure. In order to solve large converters' torsional vibration during working, a converter multi-body dynamic analysis model on rigid-flexible coupling method was built by using of multi-body dynamics simulation software RecurDyn and the finite element analysis software ANSYS. And the dynamic simulation study of this model was carried out. The effects of torsional vibration by different parking methods, parking times, the converters' vibration frequency and the amplitude were obtained through the dynamics simulation calculation. The results show that the torsional vibration amplitude of converter can be reduced effectively by increasing the parking time and damp, and also by controlling the speed curve of motors. These results can offer a theory basis in solving the torsional vibration of the converter.
