摘要: 高度可靠的设备运行维护系统是企业安全生产的关键与生命线。研究一类嵌入备件库存的设备运维控制系统。该系统由备件库存子系统、设备作业子系统和设备维修子系统以串并混合形式连接,从而形成多级闭环形态。设备运维闭环控制系统属于一类离散事件动态系统,用传统数学解析方法难以描述,利用Simulink仿真平台建立多级闭环设备运维系统仿真模型并进行数值实验,进而剖析系统设备故障率、维修通道规模及维修效率对系统的整体影响,并分析订货策略对备件库存成本的影响

Abstract: The highly reliable equipment operation and maintenance system is very important to enterprise’s safety production. The control system for equipment operation and maintenance with a parts inventory system is generally discussed. The proposed system is composed of a parts inventory subsystem, an equipment operation subsystem and an equipment maintenance subsystem as parallel and series form. And the control system belongs to a multi-level closed loop system. The system is a kind of discrete event dynamic system. So it is difficult to be described with traditional mathematical analysis methods. The multi-class closed control system simulation model is established with Simulink software and the numerical experiments are given. Then the impact of equipment failure rate, maintenance channel size and maintenance efficiency are analyzed. And the effect of ordering strategy on the parts inventory cost is discussed.
