传动装置装配关系动态建立方法研究

Research on Dynamic Construction of Assembly Relation of Transmission Device

摘要: 在目前虚拟装配研究中,零件装配关系大多依赖CAD模型已有装配关系,不支持随设计意图改变而动态建立装配关系且研究对象没有针对复杂装配体。提出一种基于装配特征的传动装置装配关系动态建立方法。给出装配特征及特征面定义,抽象出传动装置中典型装配特征、特征参数和几何元素;从4个层次进行零件信息模型表达;研究包含装配干涉检查、特征匹配、装配运动导航和装配到位检查的装配关系动态建立过程。试验证明,该方法可实现传动装置装配关系动态建立,能够为装配序列规划提供技术基础。

Abstract: Currently, virtual assembly research only focuses on the assembly relations of parts which are defined in cad software, and it is unable to dynamically construct or change parts’ assembly relations. Most of the research objects are simple geometry assembly, no complex structural assembly. To solve the problems efficiently, a dynamic assembly relation modeling method was proposed based on assembly feature. In the first part, the concepts of assembly feature and assembly feature plane were introduced. The assembly characteristic parameters and geometric elements were extracted from the typical assembly feature types which were defined based on the parts of the transmission. Then the parts information model was expressed from four levels. In the third part, the dynamic assembly relation modeling algorithm was proposed based on the assembly interference checking, the assembly feature matching, the assembly motion navigation and assembly inspection. The experiment proves that the method can realize the dynamic construction of assembly relation.
