压裂车作业过程耦合振动仿真分析

Simulation and Analysis on Coupled Vibration of Fracturing Truck Process

摘要: 为了研究压裂车作业过程中车台发动机和压裂泵双振源作用对车体影响,运用集中参数法和状态空间法建立了平衡悬架、轮胎、车台发动机和压裂泵与车架的多体耦合动力学模型,并采用MATLAB/Simulink对2 500型压裂车作业过程中的转速、刚度、阻尼等参数进行了耦合振动仿真分析。结果表明,垂向振动强度比俯仰振动最大值相差2个数量级;0~10 Hz频率的振动对功率影响最明显;前、中悬挂的阻尼变化和后悬挂刚度变化主要影响振动幅值,而前、中悬挂的刚度变化和后悬挂的阻尼变化主要影响峰值对应的振动频率。

Abstract: In order to study the effect of vibration of engine and fracturing pump on truck body during fracturing operation, lumped parameter method and state space method were used to build multi-body dynamics coupling model between the balanced suspension, tires, engine, fracturing pump and the frame. Based on this model, the MATLAB/Simulink software was applied to simulate the characteristic of rotational speed, stiffness and damping of the 2 500 fracturing truck during fracturing operation. The results show that the maximum intensity of vertical vibration is stronger hundreds times than pitch motion. Vibration frequency range of 0~10 Hz affects vibration most evidently; the variation of stiffness of rear suspension and the damping of the front and central suspension have a great influence on amplitude, while the variation of damping of rear suspension and the stiffness of the front and central suspension have a great influence on frequency of peak.
