直线电机式主动悬架内外环控制研究

Research on Inner and Outer Loop Control of Active Suspension with Linear Motor

摘要: 为了提高直线电机式主动悬架的动态性能,设计了基于LQR和准比例谐振的悬架内外环控制策略。建立了车辆二自由度主动悬架模型和直线电机数学模型,并通过试验验证了直线电机模型的正确性;利用Matlab/simulink仿真分析了内环控制器参数对控制器性能和直线电机响应特性的影响,确定了内外环控制器参数;对内环PID控制和准比例谐振控制进行了对比仿真分析。结果表明,基于LQR和准比例谐振内外环控制主动悬架的簧载质量加速度降低了27.49%,悬架动挠度降低了24.26%,轮胎动载荷降低了17.22%。

Abstract: In order to improve the dynamic performance of active suspension with linear motor, the control strategy of LQR control and quasi proportional resonance control was designed. A two-degree-of-freedom vehicle model with active suspension and a linear motor mathematical model were established, and the correctness of the linear motor model was verified by experiments. The influence of the inner loop controller parameters on the controller performance and the response characteristics of the linear motor were analyzed by Matlab/simulink, and the parameters of the inner and outer loop controller were determined. The PID control and quasi proportional resonant control were compared and analyzed. The results showed that the sprung mass acceleration of the active suspension with LQR and quasi proportional resonance inner and outer loop control drops by 27.49%, the dynamic deflection of the suspension drops by 24.26%, and the dynamic load of the tire drops by 17.22%.
