摘要: 针对电压电流模式控制下Buck-Boost矩阵变换器的稳定性进行研究,提出一种Buck-Boost矩阵变换器的非线性建模与分析方法。建立了该变换器在电压电流模式控制下的离散迭代非线性映射模型,通过输出电压采样分布图分析了该控制模式中电压反馈系数K1与电流比例系数K2对系统稳定性的影响,确定了参数K1-K2的稳定域,并分别利用时域波形图、频闪采样图和折叠图就参数K1和K2对变换器稳定性的影响进行了验证分析,最后通过实验验证了上述理论分析的正确性,这对于保证Buck-Boost矩阵变换器的稳定运行具有重要的指导意义。

Abstract: In the paper, the stability of Buck-Boost matrix converter in voltage/current control mode is studied, and a nonlinear modeling and analysis method on the Buck-Boost matrix converter is proposed. The discrete iterative nonlinear mapping model of the converter is established. The influence of voltage feedback coefficient K1 and current proportional coefficient K2 on system stability is analyzed by sampling the distribution map of output voltage, hence, the stable domain of K1-K2 is determined. The influence on converter stability is verified and analyzed by the time domain waveform, the stroboscopic sampling chart and the folded graph, respectively. The effectiveness of the proposed method is further verified by experiments, which is important for the stable operation of Buck-Boost matrix converter.
