防空空情融合性能评估方法研究

Performance Evaluation Method Based on Satisfactory Degree for Air-information Fusion System

摘要: 提出一种基于满意度的多传感器空情融合系统评估方法。从防空指控系统作战应用角度建立多传感器空情融合评估指标体系,构建满意度指标评价方法,并以自适应雷达权重精度法作为融合精度评估基准,结合仿真测试环境,设计实战与性能评估相结合的雷达部署和航迹规划,全面验证融合系统的性能。利用本方法在某测试中发现了融合系统性能不达标问题,并根据评估软件分析结果修正融合系统中的相关算法,改善了融合系统的性能,并满足了指标要求,表明了方法的有效性。

Abstract: Based on the theory of satisfactory degree, a performance evaluation method for air-information fusion system with multi-radar inputs was proposed. According to the designed indexes, the radar deployment and track layout by anti-air warfare, the performance of this fuse system was comprehensively tested with satisfaction method and evaluation software in a simulation testbed. The evaluated results can be the evidences for solving the fusing problem and improving the fusion system combat effectiveness. The effective application of this method in a test shows its value.
