超临界墙式切圆锅炉燃烧优化方案的仿真分析

Simulation Analysis of Combustion Optimization Scheme for Ultra Supercritical Wall Arrangement Tangential Circle Boiler

摘要: 针对某600 MW超临界墙式切圆锅炉的配风方式选型和低氮排放等燃烧优化方案的研究,提出一种应用计算流体动力学进行建模与仿真的方法,通过CAD软件绘制锅炉的三维网格模型,确定锅炉燃烧的湍流模型、辐射模型以及燃烧器入口边界条件,完成锅炉燃烧仿真实验。仿真实验结果表明:对比4种配风工况及不同燃尽风、附加风风率工况下炉内速度场、温度场和氮氧化物生成量的变化,发现正宝塔式配风方式为该锅炉最佳配风方式,同时得出锅炉低氮燃烧的最佳风量组合。

Abstract: To research the combustion optimization scheme of air distribution type selection and low nitrogen oxides (NOx) emission in a 600MW supercritical wall arrangement tangential circle boiler, a modeling and simulating method which applied computational fluid dynamics (CFD) was proposed, the 3D grid model of the boiler is drawn by CAD software, the turbulence model, the radiation model and the inlet boundary condition of the boiler were determined, the boiler combustion simulation experiment was completed. The simulation results show that compared the change of velocity field, temperature field and NOx generation in the furnace under four type air distribution conditions and different ratios of over-fired air (OFA) and additional air (AA) conditions, the optimum air distribution type positive pagoda type air distribution and the optimum air volume combination of low nitrogen combustion is obtained.
