High Adaptability Vehicle Network Communication Protocol Based on AODV

摘要: 路由协议是车辆自组织网络(Vehicular Ad-hoc Network,VANET)中必不可少的一部分。根据城市环境中运动节点位置变化频繁等特点,提出一种基于网络拓扑结构变化的AODV路由协议(Ad-hoc On-demand Distance Vector routing protocol based on Network Topology Changes, NTCAODV)。通过根据速度和相对位置信息计算节点间的稳定度系数,以“最佳稳定度”为基本原则建立链路连接;根据记录的链路建立时间对扩展环路思想进行改进。仿真结果表明:NTCAODV路由协议在城市多样环境中表现出较好的性能,提高了数据传递的成功率,在车辆密度不同的城市环境下有着较好的适应性。

Abstract: Routing protocol is an essential part of vehicular ad-hoc network (VANET). According to the characteristics of frequent changes of vehicle node location in urban environment, an AODV routing protocol based on Network Topology Changes (NTCAODV) is proposed. According to the speed and relative position information, by calculating the stability coefficient of nodes, the link connection is established on the basis of principle of "optimal stability", and the idea of extended loop is improved according to recorded the link establishment time. Simulation results show that NTCAODV routing protocol has good performance in various urban environments, improves the success rate of data transmission, and has good adaptability in urban environments with different vehicle density.
