虚拟维修人员与工步等级匹配调解方法研究

Study on the matching mediation method between virtual maintenance personnel and work steps

摘要: 针对在处理维修工步的并发冲突上不能充分发挥每名维修人员作用的问题,提出了维修工步与维修人员按照权限等级的相互匹配机制,对维修人员的状态信息阐述并对维修工步的难度等级进行划分,给出了维修人员与维修工步相互匹配的过程。采取着色petri网及CPN Tools对匹配过程进行建模及仿真,得到仿真结果表明该匹配机制可以很好解决针对维修工步并发冲突中维修人员作用得不到充分发挥的问题。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem that each maintenance worker cannot play a full role in dealing with the concurrent conflict of maintenance steps, this paper puts forward a matching mechanism between maintenance steps and maintenance workers according to the level of authority, expounds the status information of maintenance workers, divides the difficulty level of maintenance steps, and gives the matching process between maintenance workers and maintenance steps. The matching process is modeled and simulated by using colored Petri nets and CPN tools. The simulation results show that the matching mechanism can solve the problem that the role of maintenance personnel cannot be fully played in the concurrent conflict of maintenance steps.
