基于Modelica的捣固车操作培训仿真系统研究

摘要: 捣固车操作内容多、规范性强,要求相应的培训仿真系统具备很强的过程管理能力。针对该需求研究了一种基于Modelica的捣固车操作培训仿真系统。该系统利用Modelica建立系统多领域物理模型,根据捣固车操作规范建立状态模型。物理模型完成系统的仿真计算,状态模型实现操作过程的管理。状态模型根据操作内容实时驱动物理模型,实现捣固车操作的交互式仿真。给出了交互式仿真算法和系统实现。系统应用结果验证了模型和方法的有效性。

Abstract: Tamping operations are trivial and must comply with operation specifications, which requires the training simulation system of tamper operations (TSSTO) have ability to manage its operation process. For this requirement, a TSSTO based on Modelica was developed. The multi-domain physical model of the tamper system, which is responsible for the simulation calculation of the system, was constructed by Modelica. The status model, which manages the operation process, was configured according to operation specifications. The interactive simulation was accomplished through a pipe that operations drive the status model then the status model drives the physical model. The algorithm of interactive simulation was presented. Implementation and application of the simulation system prove that the proposed method is correct and effective.
