摘要: 锚操作模拟器能够为科研人员和受训的锚操作人员提供一个良好的可视化平台,对改善工作环境和提高工作效率有非常重要的意义。为搭建锚操作场景仿真系统,基于集中质量法建立了锚泊系统的动力学模型,并在航海模拟器的基础上加入海洋平台和锚作船的运动数学模型;利用OSG(OpenSceneGraph)场景管理引擎,并采用一系列可视化方法与技术实现锚操作过程的仿真,形成一套基于物理的锚操作场景仿真软件。仿真系统包括数学模型解算模块、场景仿真模块和用户交互模块。系统的测试结果表明仿真效果、实时性和稳定性均能够满足锚操作模拟器的要求。

Abstract: Anchor handling simulator (AHS) can provide a good visualization platform for the researchers and the anchor handling trainees, and has important significance on improving the working environment and efficiency. To build the anchor handling simulation platform, the mooring system's dynamics model was established based on Lumped Mass Method(LMM), and the offshore platform and anchor handling vessel's mathematical models were introduced based on the existing technologies in marine simulator. By utilizing the OpenSceneGraph(OSG) scene management engine and applying a series of visualization technologies, realized the simulation of the anchor handling operations, a real-time physical-based anchor handling scene simulation software was generated. The simulation system includes model solving module, scene simulation module and user interface module. The system's testing results show that the simulation effect, real-time and stability all can fulfill the AHS's demand.
