一种多径环境下的雷达信号脉内调制分类方法

Method for Modulation Recognition of Radar Signals in Complex Environment

摘要: 随着新体制雷达及复杂脉内调制方式的广泛应用,雷达信号调制分类与识别逐渐成为雷达侦察系统中的关键问题。通常截获信号总是存在多径干扰,导致现有调制分类算法的性能急剧下降。针对多径环境下复杂脉内调制雷达信号,研究了多径信号在模糊平面的特点,提出了一种基于高阶模糊函数与奇异值分解的特征提取方法,利用线性SVM(Support Vector Machine)分类器对不同类型的雷达信号进行调制分类。理论分析与仿真实验表明,提出的方法能够较好地抑制多径干扰的影响,在低信噪比环境下具有较高的识别率。

Abstract: As the increasing application of intra-pulse modulations, modulation recognition of radar signals becomes difficult in radar reconnaissance systems. Usually, there are multipath interferences along with the intercepted signal. The conventional methods become slowdown because of the multipath interferences. Aiming at radar signals in multipath channel, a feature extraction method was proposed based on higher order ambiguity function (AF) and singular vector decomposition, adopting the linear support vector machine (SVM) classifier to determine the types of the intercepted radar signals. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the proposed method has good ability to suppress the influence of multipath interferences and good accurate rate at low signal to noise ratios.
