非理想反电动势下无刷直流电机转矩波动研究

Research on the Torque Ripple of Brushless DC Motor under Non-ideal EMF

摘要: 由于电机制造工艺的限制,非理想反电动势是无刷直流电机无法回避的问题。其对电机控制器设计提出了更高的要求,使传统驱动模式下的无刷直流电机产生了较大的转矩波动。结合常见的反电动势波形,建立了通用的非理想反电动势计算模型,通过该模型计算得到转矩波动率与反电动势波形的关系。并针对方波和正弦波两种常用的无刷直流电机电流驱动方法,就非理想反电动势下转矩波动的变化进行了系统仿真实验,实验结果表明该非理想反电动势模型可以有效地用于转矩波动计算,并且证明了理论计算的有效性。

Abstract: Non-ideal back-EMF waveform of brushless DC motor is unavoidable due to manufactory technology limitation, which contributes to the torque ripple and requires high performance controller to suppress the influence. Several back-EMF waveforms are analyzed and mathematical model of non-ideal back-EMF is proposed. The torque ripple under the non-ideal waveform is calculated and the relationship between torque ripple and the shape of back-EMF waveform is achieved by this model. The change of torque ripple under non-ideal back-EMF is simulated with driving current of square wave and sinusoidal wave. The results show the effectiveness of the back-EMF model for calculating the torque ripple and prove the reliability of the torque ripple relationship.
